417 Bus Line Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on purchases of Commuter Monthly Passes.

If you have any questions related to the Commuter Passes, please communicate with us via email info@417busline.com

48 hours notice must be given to 417 Bus Line Ltd to cancel a contract.
Failure to do so, a charge will be made for each coach/bus ordered.

It is mandatory to wear a mask on the bus at all times.

If you are showing signs of illness, we ask that you do not take the bus.

Wash your hands before entering the bus. Disinfectant dispensers have been installed at the entrance.

Please try to respect physical distancing guidelines as much as possible.
